• Your body. Just show up. I'll offer modifications (as usual) and you are always welcome to take what rest you need!

  • A mat. A thick Yoga mat will work for Pilates, but some people prefer the squishy ones. 

  • For Yoga, a block, a blanket, and a strap are always nice. If you have a braided towel and magic circle, bring 'em along to Pilates mat class. PLEASE DON'T UNDERESTIMATE THE POWER OF PROPS.

  • Time. Give yourself a few moments to set up before class. Get to know each other and allow time to leave troubles and stress in the parking lot. Group Classes are about 55 minutes long.
